~ BUTTER CHICKEN ~ This butter chicken is a simple meal that is full of flavour. It comes together on the stove top in about 30 minutes, or you can pop everything into the slow cooker and let it bubble away for the day for at least 4 hours on low. Ingredients: Serves 6-8 ½ tsp ground cinnamon 2 tsp sweet paprika 1 tbs garam masala ½ tsp ground cardamom 2 tsp ground coriander 2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp ground turmeric ¼ tsp chilli powder 2 tbs butter 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil 1 brown onion, dice
