Motoho is a food in Lesotho, Motoho is a fermented, non-alcoholic sorghum beverage or porridge manufactured by the Sotho people of South Africa. This is usually served as a hot liquid beverage in a cup, but can also be served more viscous in a bowl to give it more of a porridge feel.
