I Turned Kinki into Two Kinds of Sushi 🍣 I made sushi with Kinki, a beautifully fatty Japanese fish. First, I used the head and bones to make a rich broth, then turned it into a flavorful simmering sauce. The liver was simmered in the sauce and made into sushi. The meat was lightly grilled, then finished with the homemade sauce. One fish, two different kinds of sushi. Which one would you like to try? #sushi #japanesefood
