Hamstring mechanical dropset I've been using recently. Works great if you have a true ghr. Back extension with a roller like this is not ideal but still works. Good exercise as it works hamstrings at both ends: knee flexion and hip extension. Work to failure with glute ham raises, then immediately transition to back extensions also to failure (when form breaks down or rep speed massively stalls).
