All you need is a set of stairs, I used a small box to make it easier to film and a bit more challenging. Transfer your weight towards the foot on the step and push off, straightening your knee and even trying to point your foot if you want more of a challenge. You can do this with your foot straight ahead. Check out your alignment as you land and take off as well! Try 8-10 on each side, 2 sets.
