A woman was struck by an SUV and killed in Huntington Beach on Saturday evening, and the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, police said. The collision occurred at 6 p.m. July 12 near the intersection of Brookhurst Street and Crailet Drive, Huntington Beach police spokesman Corbin Carson said.

A driver was arrested after he allegedly crashed a sedan into a gurney and emergency room triage tent — injuring himself and four others — in a Chula Vista hospital parking lot on Thursday, police said.
