Pittsburgh Penguins star Evgeni Malkin’s three Stanley Cup rings have been recovered after they went missing during a home invasion.
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Pittsburgh Penguins forward Evgeni Malkin had his home broken into and burglarized over the weekend and his three Stanley Cup championship rings are missing.
The three Cup rings — from Penguins championships in 2009, 2016 and 2017 — were initially believed to have been missing.
Evgeni Malkin thanked Allegheny County Police, Sewickley Heights Police and the Pittsburgh Penguins after his home was burglarized.
