The Seattle Seahawks have signed free agent quarterback Sam Darnold to replace Geno Smith after trading him to the Las Vegas Raiders.

However, the Seahawks are now a new team into the quarterback market, and their target seems set to be Sam Darnold. According to Dianna Russini of the Athletic, the Seahawks will pursue Darnold as one of their main targets after the Smith trade.
