Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic was toying with the defense of Los Angeles Clippers guard Kris Dunn in the NBA Cup.

The Dallas Mavericks, and particularly their former GM Nico Harrison, failed to fully recognize Luka Doncic ’s value. The Los Angeles Lakers, however, did not repeat that mistake. Since acquiring Doncic in a February trade last season, the Lakers have shown unwavering support for the Slovenian superstar.

He averaged 25.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and four assists per game for the South Bay Lakers en route to G-League player of the week honors.
