Thunder center Chet Holmgren has agreed to a maximum rookie contract extension for five years and up to $250 million, according an ESPN report Wednesday.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, the franchise player, won the MVP award and inked a four-year contract extension to leave him with the Thunder through his prime. The Thunder are an incredibly young squad -- the second youngest to win a championship -- which leaves many believing they'll be competing for years to come.

The Thunder have locked up Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren so far this summer, Jalen Williams is up next.
