Y OUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) — Four adults from one family heading out on vacation were killed along with their pilot and co-pilot when a small plane crashed minutes after taking off from an Ohio airport, officials said.

A family of four has been identified as being among the six victims of the plane crash that took place in Ohio on Sunday, June 29.

James “Jim” Weller, 67, owner of Liberty Steel Industries Inc; his wife Veronica, 68; their son John, 36; and daughter-in-law Maria, 34; were on the plane when it crashed.

The small plane was transporting a married couple, their son and their son's wife when the aircraft crashed just minutes after takeoff.
