A BBC report has concluded that a documentary about the lives of children in Gaza breached editorial guidelines on accuracy. The film was pulled from iPlayer in February after it emerged the 13-year-old narrator was the son of a Hamas official.

The investigation, however, found there were no other breaches of the BBC's editorial guidelines, including on impartiality, and no evidence that outside interests "inappropriately impacted on the programme".

Andrea Gibson, a poet, activist and Colorado Laureate who was the subject of documentary film "Come See Me in the Good Light," has died at 49.

"Though Andrea desperately wished to have lived a longer life, they could not have possibly lived a fuller one," Gibson's family said.
