Report: White House approved additional funding to cover damage from 2025 Michigan ice storms
Multiple outlets have reported that President Donald Trump has agreed to offer additional federal funding to northern Michigan counties impacted by the devastating ice storms last March.
Ice accumulations up to four-tenths of an inch expected across Alpena, Crawford, Oscoda, Alcona, Roscommon and Ogemaw counties with gusty winds likely causing power outages and tree damage.
