As a deep winter chill begins to take over the northern half of the country, a new major winter storm will move across the U.S. this weekend into early next week.

Millions of Americans are bracing for severe winter weather today as Winter Storm Blair moves across the country, bringing heavy snow, high winds, and dangerous travel conditions to 15 states. It comes after the NWS said Storm Blair will produce "Arctic outbreaks" in many areas of the country.
