CINCINNATI — Steady rain and lightning delayed the start of the White Sox’ game Tuesday evening against the Cincinnati Reds, which was originally scheduled for 5:40 p.m. Skies were clearing an hour after crews hauled the tarp over the infield at Great American Ball Park, and first pitch was scheduled for 7:25 p.m.

After a delightful series victory at home against the Marlins, the White Sox (12-29) are in Cincinnati (20-22) for the next few games as they attempt to win their second series in a row for the first time this season.
