Nvidia Corp. boss Jensen Huang anticipates getting the first batch of US licenses to export H20 AI chips to China soon, formally allowing the company to resume sales of a much sought-after component to the world’s top semiconductor arena.

NVIDIA's H20 AI GPUs are once again allowed to be sold in China following a reversal of restrictions by the Trump administration, and NVIDIA's CEO claims it wasn't he who changed the US President's mind.

CEO Jensen Huang that he hoped companies, including Nvidia, would provide high-quality and reliable products and services to customers in China, Reuters reported, citing a statement from the ministry.

At the Beijing Expo, Jensen Huang also announced plans for a new chip for Chinese clients that is designed for robotics and smart factories.
