On Monday at 5:41 a.m. a dense fog advisory was issued by the NWS Fort Worth TX in effect until 10 a.m. The advisory is for Grayson, Denton, Tarrant, Johnson, Bosque and Coryell counties.

A dense fog advisory is in effect for most of North Texas until 10 a.m. Monday. Visibility is as low as 1/4 mile in some places. After the fog clears out in the late morning, North Texas will see mostly sunny skies with high temperatures in the low 70s.

Monday and Tuesday are expected to be much warmer than recent record-breaking cold temperatures in North Texas. First, though, the National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory for parts of North Texas,

Monday morning lows start in the upper 30s and lower 40s, and highs top out near 70 degrees for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

A weak disturbance brings morning rain to the Metroplex, but clearer skies and warmer temperatures are on the way.
