Both the European and American models show the track of the low staying north of Georgia. With this, the cold air would get scoured out of Georgia before the moisture arrives. This would leave us with all rain. The mess of wintry weather would stay to our north -- with significant icing and snow possible where the cold clashes with the moisture.
