Crystal Palace have been demoted from the Europa League to the Conference League for next season following a UEFA ruling.

Crystal Palace say they "are extremely dismayed by Uefa's decision to exclude the club from the Europa League."

Given Crystal Palace have finished in a lower league position than Lyon, the Eagles have been demoted to the Conference League, whereas Lyon’s admission in the Europa League has been accepted.
