Top Of Lombard Street, off of Hyde, either pick up from Market Street down town or Hyde Pier, the other way? Then just ask the conductor at the back of the tram you want off at Lombard Street. You can get back on but only at the top, its a very steep hill to walk down but well worth it.

No, there is not a parking garage nearby. You would have to park at Fisherman’s Wharf or North Beach garages. There is on street parking at the top of the block (Hyde St) and below (Leavenworth). However, it is limited and beware, we’ve had a rash of car break-ins so be sure not to leave valuables in your car! You can take the Cable Car (Powell & Hyde St line) or an Uber or Lyft as good alternatives. The 45 bus line stops at Union and Hyde a couple of blocks away.
